Project Description: Conversion of Stone Cowhouse to 2 Holiday Rental units.
Work Carried out: Removal of old roof and construction of new roof with natural slates. New concrete floor with DPC and rigid insulation installed. Construction of Bedroom and Bathroom in each unit. All new Electrics and Plumbing. Salvaged Doors, Windows and Scaffold plank flooring installed. Construction of Mezzanine floors using locally sourced Douglas Fir beams and flooring. Kitchen units fitted. Bespoke stairs built on site.
