A small Family business based in Ballydine, Kilsheelan, Co Tipperary with over 30 years experience in Construction. Owner Pascal Mansfield spent 12 years in New York working in the industry both Residential and Commercial. He spent several years working on high end Residential projects in the Hampton Bay area of Long Island before relocating to New York city to work on Commercial Projects for clients Gap, Banana Republic, Calvin Klein, Victoria’s Secret and NY University.
In 1999 he returned home to set up what is now Mansfield Construction Limited. Projects include Residential, Retail and Commercial Construction, New Builds, Renovations, Restorations, Maintenance and Landscaping.
Renovation work, wall and Chimney removal, Exterior Door and Windows fitted, New Kitchens fitted.
Commercial,Pub, Restaurant and Retail Fit Outs
Demolition of existing Bathrooms and upgrade to modern specifications. Tiling and Wall Paneling.
Only take on a select amount of work at one time. Owner has a hands on approach and oversees each job personally. Client deals with the owner.
